Hudson for an incubator project?

Hi,

I couldn't see anything specific on the Hudson wiki page, but does 
anyone know if an Incubator project is allowed to setup a Hudson build / 
CI environment? It'd be neat to have us on an external Hudson system 
once we get the code out there (we already use Hudson internally for 
automated builds etc.).
