(I'm cross-posting to both -dev and -private, since I'm not sure
everyone has joined -dev yet). Anywho, our Jira Project has been setup
(thanks Doug):

I added as many of you to the various roles as I could figure out,
please let me know your jira ID if I'm missing someone.
We should decide on Components and Versions, take a look at at the Jira
system, and make suggestions. Lets do this "right" from the get-go, and
avoid some of the mess we've had with Bugzilla before :).
