   Commit b2427888b56c8fba446bf16a21edfbfdb80f4c29 requires that projects have 
one, and only one, of the following statuses: active, dormant, retired, 
standing. The standing category is used for projects whose committees do not 
have releases. This should show Attic projects as retired; the appropriate 
Commons projects as dormant; projects such as the Logo Dev TLP as standing; and 
all others as active.
   
   Please note that Commons dormant projects were never dropped, and have 
always been visible.
   
   To facilitate visual contrast between active and all other statuses 
(collectively, inactive), I have made all inactive project cards on the 
committee page use 0.6 opacity. A different background colour may be better; 
please let me know if you have a preference.
