Resolved by 2cdcdcc69973c008e7ed26061efd4481b2c15925. You will need to import the Airflow KEYS file again, because the problem was that some keys were missed on import. After that problem was fixed, there was also an issue with using the most recently signed key, but that has also been rectified. You can then restart checks on your release by going to [the release page in question](https://release-test.apache.org/compose/airflow/3.0.2), scrolling to the bottom, and activating the button labelled "**Restart all checks**".
