Noticed it the other day, while rebasing and testing my OpenCloud branch with a
recent Tika snapshot 😅
The feature hasn't landed in OpenCloud yet, so I could simply adjust my code
and bump the requirement on Tika to `>= 4.2.x`, no problem.
If you could check my thumbnail extraction logic is actually sane and expected
not to break again during the Tika 4.x cycle that would be much appreciated:
