Addresses [TIKA-4915](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TIKA-4915) * Replaces `GET /tika` 405-as-success with a real smoke: `PUT values.schema.json` through `/detect`, `/meta`, and `/tika`, plus GET `/version`. * The same checks are on `helm test` and the kind install-test Job.
