I think I'm finally done futzing with API breaking stuff.
I didn't touch much in the way of parsing this week, but I want to run one more
regression run before the 4.0.0 release.
I'm guessing I'll kick that off on Monday, Aug 17 or so. Let me know if there
are any blockers!
