Currently tika-helm uses the archived
[https://github.com/belitre/helm-push-artifactory-plugin] plugin to push charts
to Artifactory.

a product update mentioned that the JFrog CLI (jf cli (2.92.0) now supports
Helm (OCI) Charts.
I'll create a PR to migrate.
