We should be able to add a "root-XML" entry for "ds:Signature" like we do for
other xml-based file formats, e.g.:
[https://github.com/apache/tika/blob/main/tika-core/src/main/resources/org/apache/tika/mime/tika-mimetypes.xml#L65]
That'll handle detection.
Then, if we want to add a new parser, something like:
[https://stackoverflow.com/a/36762530] maybe? Nah, that's not going to work on
this file.
