Hi [~tallison] thanks for the note. I think our first port of call is to
determine whether Apache Infra has created an antifacthub.io organization. If
one exists then we can transfer. If one doesn't exist then we can create one
just for Tika and then transfer it over. The goal is to remove me personally as
a bottleneck.
