Markdown is currently supported, see:
https://github.com/apache/tika/blob/656971f3eec145ca2211a3fa12f91ca362dfda02/tika-core/src/main/resources/org/apache/tika/mime/tika-mimetypes.xml#L7696-L7703
However, ".mdx" extensions are not. This extension is growing in popularity,
and is being used more to represent "github flavor markdown". It would be great
to have it included and parsable by Tika.
