Definitely content gets out of date. There probably needs on that Solr page to be a bit more of a roll call…. I could imagine on that page doing a “We’re moving this page from Confluence to new location, please speak up if you want to be included”, and use that as a filter.
However, to the basic idea, I think it’s a great idea.
