I _think_ I've fixed the website...at least the major link problems.

 

For now, I've reverted the version to 1.25, but I left in the update about the 
alpha release, and I temporarily hardcoded some stuff on the downloads page...  
My apologies for this abomination... we can fix it after the 2.0.0 release.

 

I did not touch all the other broken links around conferences etc that Tilman's 
attachment revealed.  We should think about those before deleting a bit more.

 

Please kick the tires and let me know if any of the critical navigation links 
are still dead.
