I copied/pasted, roughly, from the 1.22 tag. This should work now.
[~dadoonet], if you have a chance to build from {{branch_1x}}, let us know if
your unit tests are now passing.
As a heads up, there will be some significant changes/cleanup with Tika 2.0.
