I defer to both of you on this. I'd like to be able to build with Java 11, and
I'd like users to be able to run this with Java 11 without having to add a
dependency on glassfish. So, I'm happy enough to bundle it now.
However, if we want a different behavior, I'm happy to change it.
[~thetaphi], I moved the license and copyright from the LICENSE file to the
NOTICE file. I'll push that commit soon(ish). Let me know if I should fix
that.
