ASF policy is that "users" should only be directed to official releases.
Pre-release and nightly builds should only be shared with "developers" and
"contributors". (Those quoted words have semi-specific meaning in ASF policy!).
As such, I'm not sure if we should be directly pointing users on github to the
builds.a.o nightlies, as generally most people coming across Tika on github
should be just using our official releases.
