+1 to release: I smoke tested tika-app-1.9.jar by running the Lucene
in Action manuscript (MS Word, PDF, a bit of RTF) and spot checked the
output.

TIKA-1562 (adding all examples from the "Tika in Action" book) is very
cool: thank you!  This is something we never quite succeeded in doing
with Lucene...
