I've run into a number of web pages that use <meta name="Description" ...> or <meta name="Keywords" ...>.
These should be "description" and "keywords". But the case difference means that we don't find these entries in the metadata. It seems wrong to blindly lower-case all names. I seem to remember some code from Chris that tried to fix up invalid names like this. Any input on at least catching incorrect casing for common HTML meta tags? Thanks, -- Ken PS - note that Metadata has MSOffice. Keywords which is "Keywords", not "keywords" - but no definition for the lowercase version that's found in most web pages, from what I see. -------------------------- Ken Krugler +1 530-210-6378 http://bixolabs.com custom data mining solutions
