I've run into a number of web pages that use <meta name="Description" ...> or
<meta name="Keywords" ...>.

These should be "description" and "keywords".

But the case difference means that we don't find these entries in the metadata.

It seems wrong to blindly lower-case all names.

I seem to remember some code from Chris that tried to fix up invalid names like
this.

Any input on at least catching incorrect casing for common HTML meta tags?

Thanks,

PS - note that Metadata has MSOffice. Keywords which is "Keywords", not
"keywords" - but no definition for the lowercase version that's found in most
web pages, from what I see.
