You can just make the font bigger in dwm's config.h, and the border size if you want. That's the extent to which dwm is involved, as it's just a window manager. I'm guessing you want other programs to do scaling - there are different environment variables to set for different GUI toolkits, this webpage gives a reasonable overview - set these in your .xprofile or wherever you see fit: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/HiDPI#GUI_toolkits
