I'd be curious to see that too. I went hunting after mkws appeared on Lobsters and found apostl[1], which also uses m4(1). I'm trying to decide if it's worth porting my Nikola-based, static site to something like apostl or mkws. Seems like if one adopts m4(1) or pp(1) then it's fairly trivial to roll one's own, at least for my use case.
