Hi, Surf-2.0 won't use the systemwide http_proxy and https_proxy environment variables which I want to use to run surf through tor. I tried with a packaged version (void linux xbps repository), and a build from up-to-date source.
A "Peer failed to perform TLS handshake" error is shown. W3m for example works fine as it is, yet other webkit browsers show the same behaviour (Midori, etc.), unless setting the proxy in the browser settings. So it seems webkit2 does not respect the http_proxy setting? What could be the problem here? Is there a way to set the proxy setting for webkit from within surf? Any help is greatly appreciated!
