Second that, I use this technique to great success and can confirm that
only a low-tech setup can guarantee increased productivity. My setup
involves a tomato hooked up on a thread and a tiny candle that slowly
burns through the thread. When the tomato falls down, I take a short
break. When the tomato turns into ketchup from all the mashing, I take a
long break.
