You must have some really damn fat fingers to accidentally press Mod+Shift+Q. Now, trying to close a window and accidentally closing the WM instead, that happened to me an embarassing number of times. You could try binding quit to some even more exotic key combo, like Mod+Shift+BackSpace. Now that I think about it, that would probably have saved me a lot of frustration in the past. Huh.
