Hello ACE, I would be surprised if GNU's indent program didn't have a flag to enforce that particular style. (It has more flags than your average military parade.)
The indent program will do some alignment tricks as well if you tell it to, but you might like Tabular (https://github.com/godlygeek/tabular). Regards, Wander
