I also hope that sbase and ubase can be part of sta.li instead of busybox. There is however, a lot of work involved to make this work nicely. The stali-init-scripts use nldev + mdev, I'd also like to replace mdev with smdev[1]. I think sta.li development is currently very much decentralized. Thanks, sin
