[dev] Line artifacts ST

I'm having some issues with line artifacts when using curses based
programs. Ex. elinks, mc, etc.

Linked is a screenshot of the issue. Is there any fix or suggestions
to cause?  I'm using st 0.2.1 compiled for arm7
