The problem, as I see it, is that you can't teach functional programming to stupid/most people, but you can make .NET easy enough that they can design barely-functioning Web 3.0 pages without much mental effort or understanding. Maybe I'm just a little bitter about the number of morons who water down the value of my degree, though. --Andrew Hills
