Unless of course someone with more Mercurial experience figures how to
automate these things.
On a general note, I think we could use more #ifdef options. Maybe not
for multi monitor support as that would render the unprocessed source
code unreadable, but maybe for other features usually distributed as
patches against common versions of dwm (and even more so for dmenu).
