b. s/_mktemp/__mktemp/g in ed/ed.c due clashing with libc (iirc)

Thanks for the patch. I'll apply it. It might be down to the fact that
lib9 in 9base is quite old and some changes that made it into p9p
didn't make it into 9base yet.
