SHOULD: "This word, or the adjective "RECOMMENDED", mean that there may exist valid reasons in particular circumstances to ignore.." there is only one header that "MUST" be present in a http 1.1 request and that's the "Host:" header field (btw this is a stupid requirement as well and was not present in http 1.0)
