The only sentence I don't like in the wikipedia article is "JSON syntax is a subset of YAML version 1.2".
If json is only a subset of YAML, it means the potential bloat is much more important in YAML than in json. Apart from that, I found the stuff in this page very readable (more readable in comparison than what I saw on json's article). I would love to be enlightened on the big failures that YAML does.
