[dev] Hangups when python wmiirc script is used

  Hello,

  if wmii is invoked with python configuration wrapper (wmii -r 
python/wmiirc) and if you launch some application from wmii's program 
menu (M-p) and that application has lot of output (stdout and/or 
stderr), the application hangs up after a while. MPlayer with its lot of 
stdout/stderr output is one of the candidates for repeatedly confirm 
described behaviour.
  If MPlayer is launched with redirected output or from xterm, it works 
without problems.

a) from program menu
mplayer dvdnav://        -> mplayer hangs after a few minutes

b) from program menu
mplayer dvdnav:// > /dev/null 2> /dev/null       -> mplayer runs endlessly


  Can anybody confirm this issue ?
  Does even continue the development of python version of wmiirc ?

  wmii-hg, python 2.6.3, xorg 1.7.5
