I try to answer extra-uriel-like-friendly. Why can't people stfu and do some work or try to learn how to filter mails instead of argueing about such needless crap.
The old lists were mostly off-topic too. And especially the dwm-list was used to announce other suckless(-like) projects very often. Furthermore, I think it's a bad idea to split suckless into developer/user.
