[dev] colmode stack+max cannot be written to /ctl

Hi,

in the latest tip of wmii, upon

   echo -n "colmode stack+max" | wmiir write /ctl

or

   echo -n "colmode default+max" | wmiir write /ctl

I get

   wmiir: fatal: cannot write file /ctl

While

   echo -n "colmode stack" | wmiir write /ctl

and

   echo -n "colmode default" | wmiir write /ctl

work fine. Is this supposed behaviour? I would like to set stack+max
as default mode...
