Currently Nathan, Danielsh and I have access but we can easily request access to more people, see [1] for details (in the private repository). I would be +1 to grant this access to you if you so desire, but PMC should make a formal decision to have a paper (e-mail) trail. Anyhow, I've made the necessary steps (documented in [1]) to manage the 1.15.x branch. We should keep an eye open to the first backport on this branch to verify things work as expected.
