Thanks, didn't know there was also a Jenkins instance. But I think it will
be easier to continue with the existing Builldbot service than to try to
get Jenkins to work.

If we SHOULD add something, I think we should look at Github Actions which
I understand to be able to provide automated builds on commit. I think both
APR and Serf have some code related to this.

I've removed hudson in r1918369.
