Together with the announcement, 1.10.x would be removed from the download page. There is a number of backported bugfixes in the 1.14.x line and I personally think it is likely there will be a last 1.14.x relase. There is a significant amount of development done in /trunk that won't be backported but only released as 1.15.x.
