I honestly did not remember that a distinction was made between LTS
and non-LTS for voting on backports. Thanks for the reminder.

I'm wondering if "LTS" and the process around it still carries any
meaning when we've effectively stopped shipping "regular" releases
for over a year by now. But I'm happy to stick to the current
documented way of doing things and treating 1.10 and 1.14 as "LTS".
Opening up a discussion about release policy changes while releases
are being prepared would cause too much distraction.
