In preparation for a first 1.10.0 alpha-1 release, I have added a section for the 1.10.0 release to the CHANGES file on trunk.
I have added "non-trivial" changes from the range r1660548:r1782368 which were not merged to the 1.9.x branch and which I believe effect end users in some way. I did not mention commits touching contrib/, tools/dev, and features in areas which are still of very experimental nature (e.g. svnmover). Please review CHANGES and take care of any items you'd like to add, change, or remove (e.g. in case a change I listed was reverted or is not actually of consequence to end users). Now would also be a good time to start adding information to the 1.10 release notes page on our web site. Thanks, Stefan
