We need one more moderator each for commits@, issues@, notifications@. Each post to the mailing list, by an address that has not posted before, triggers an email from the list bot to the moderators. If the post is legitimate, the moderators then do "Reply to all" to the bot to approve the post; otherwise the moderators need to take no action.
All three lists have very few legitimate posts needing manual approval (fewer than one a month, I believe), however, especially for commits@, it's important that those few emails don't slip through the cracks.
