Typo on my part. It does *NOT* matter when the change was committed. A veto can be levied against any revision. Of course, the *preferred* form is to just call out the problem and work forward, rather than to veto. I'm very happy to see that we're past this whole veto thing. While it has more or less always been available (even pre-ASF, I believe), we just don't have community knowledge for handling them well. We've been fortunate enough to avoid them during the past 15 years. Cheers, -g
