The 1.8.6 release artifacts are now available for testing/signing. Please get the tarballs from https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/subversion and add your signatures there. I plan to try and release on February 12th so please try and get your votes/signatures in place by February 10th.
Note that checkout_tests.py 12 is known to have a spurious failure from time to time. Thanks!
