I'd like to roll 1.7.14 sometime this week and a release sometime around November 13th - 18th (depending on when we are ready to roll).
I'd like to get the diff nomination merged in (stsp could trivially approve some minor changes I made on that branch and it'd be approved) and there are a other easy for anyone to approve changes in the STATUS file.
