At first sight, the same crash was already fixed, but in serf, not in
ra_serf. Does TSVN 1.8.1 include serf 1.3.0?
Yes, it's linked against serf 1.3.0.
(actually, 1.3.x but the only revisions missing 2072, 2073 and 2074
which are one merge-record-only and changes to the CHANGES file).
