I think I disagree, as this is pretty specific already. "force" has zero semantic meaning/association. But in this case: yes, the proxy is busted from our view. We have to degrade to work with it. If you really want to push, then "proxy-hates-chunks" could work well. Our goal is to get those proxies to handle chunked requests. Politically correct terminology is not very goal-oriented.
