        Hi Roderich,

You can replace the 'Swig-Perl b.' part with just 'Swig bindings' for yourself. 
(See your invitation)

Your recent patches were also touching swig parts outside the Perl specific 
code and we came to the conclusion that (based on your earlier patches) it 
would be easier for you if you were just allowed to commit to all the swig code.

That might also help the other bindings and as a nice side effect it makes it 
possible for you to review / approve / +1 changes to other swig changes.
 
Of course you are free to send patches to dev@s.a.o for review before 
committing if you prefer.
