vcnet_vcproj.ezt uses configs.name, but the result is probably the same. I assume this fixes this problem. The vcproj format had some ugly ordering restrictions where variables were just empty before some evaluation state. The new MSBuild based format allows much more freedom as property evaluation is just in file order.
