I updated WANdisco's 'svn-x64-centos-gcc' buildbot to build and test with ra_serf.
The first such build is <http://ci.apache.org/builders/svn-x64-centos-gcc/builds/6598>. It seems to be about the only bot that was continuously testing with Neon, so I left the ra_neon + bdb test step in place and inserted an ra_serf + fsfs step as an additional test step. That does mean it's now taking around 50 minutes, up from 30 minutes, so I might want to reconsider that. I guess it would be better to add a separate build slave instead. - Julian
