You're right, there was no follow-up draft; we're just using the phrase "worked out" differently; I meant "discussed", not "finalized".
I know there was some heat generated over this feature, so let me be clear: my goal here isn't to flame anybody, but merely to summarize any forgotten details and to continue to discuss the design until it can be finalized :)
