Does that even work? The present subversion.t.o (well, svn.collab.net-
voodooed-over-into-s.t.o) pages includes some lavish and troublesome
HTML to override Tigris page layout. Surely, we won't be doing those
same interferences at Apache, so s.t.o would lose its apparently much-
desired nonstandardnesses.
